Decabromodiphenyl Ethane
Decabromodiphenyl ethanes is a white solid powder, melting point :345°C, boiling point :676.2±50.0 °C(Predicted), density: 2.816±0.06 g/cm3(Predicted). Slightly soluble in alcohol organic solvents, insoluble in water. It has excellent thermal stability and very high bromine content, but also has the advantages of strong anti-ultraviolet ability, low toxicity, is a new type of environmentally friendly flame retardant.

Product application
Used as a new environmentally friendly flame retardant, mainly used to replace decabromodiphenyl ether flame retardant, can be used in HIPS, ABS resin and PVC, PP and other plastics. This product is a new, broad spectrum, high efficiency, addition, environmental protection type flame retardant, with excellent thermal stability and extremely high bromine content, as well as strong anti-ultraviolet ability, low toxicity advantages. It is widely used in styrene polymers, engineering thermoplastics, wire and cable cladding, insulators, elastomers and thermosetting plastics.
